The ‘Hey Ma’ Trio

Music

Mother’s day is coming up but that’s not what we’re talking about here. “Hey Ma” from the The Fate of the Furious soundtrack has been a hit since its release. It was performed for the first time last night at the MTV Movie and TV Awards in celebration of the Fast and the Furious franchise’s generation award. Camila Cabello, J Balvin, and Pitbull took the stage at the Shrine Auditorium in Los Angeles, CA during the award show. The best part was definitely Camila’s stylish arrival when she dropped from the ceiling while riding big ol’ engine.

The song has two versions, English and Spanish, and it was the English version performed at the awards show. At the time of this writing, the Spanish version alone has garnered over 93 million views. Needless to say that the crowd went wild when the trio performed the hit last night. Watch the performance below and the complete list of winners.
